Wilderness Feeling

FULLY BOOKED!

However, can be arranged on request. Minimum 4 participants.

The Wilderness, a hike with many opportunities and the guides favourite trek. There'll be time to go fishing for mountain trout, photo detours, and quality time around the campfire.

We want to introduce you to the norwegian wilderness and enough time to enjoy it.

We meet up at the meeting point 08:00 in the morning. From here we follow the less travelled path around the majestic Ringedalsvalley. We do some optional detours on our way e.g. the mountain Einseten with a 1000 meter drop right down to Lake Ringedalsvatnet. This is one of the best spots to get a view of the area. We'll reach the campsite in the afternoon, where there will be time to relax or go fishing, while we prepare dinner.

On the second day we will walk in a beautiful terrain of rocks and marsh before we reach Trolltunga and our camp. Here we'll have plenty of time to experience it without the masses.

Our campsite is located at the edge of a 700 meter mountain ledge with a great view of the scenic lake. Here we will spend the night and take in both sunset and sunrise.

On the third day we follow the same path as the majority of the people who visit Trolltunga. Thus, we´ll meet the masses as we walk down: it's a good feeling as you'll know that:

You've had the Real Trolltunga Experience!

Depending on our pace on the last day, we should be down by 3-4 pm. We recommend that you reward yourself with a night in a comfortable bed in a hotel. Let us sort out the booking if you decide to end the tour in comfort. There are several bus connections to Bergen, Oslo, Stavanger and Haugesund.

This trek is all inclusive with 3 meals a day.

We'll provide all the equipment. Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, food, coffee/tea. All you need is a backpack, warm clothes and some snacks.

We are really proud of our reviews on Tripadvisor. Thanks to all of you who joined one of our hikes and took time to give us feedback.

Our main goal is that everybody gets an extraordinary experience, which you will never forget by introducing you to the Norwegian mountains. Whether it is the reindeer stew, catching of a mountain trout, the swim in 5 °C waters, or watching the sun set behind the glacier - we always make sure that everyone has an once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

My girlfriend and I attended a 3-day Wilderness Feeling trek in early August. Both of us had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend this to anyone considering seeing Trolltunga and hiking in Norway.

Whereas most people trek to and from Trolltunga in a day following the common path, our group followed an alternative route. As a result, it was less crowded (until we reached Trolltunga we rarely saw other hikers) and more naturally spectacular.
